Reservations for Overnight RV Parking

  1. Spaces are reserved and assigned on a first paid basis. Reservations close July 2, 2025. No refunds after July 2, 2025.
  2. Spaces are approximately 20’ x 40’ (width x length). If a larger space is needed, an additional space must be reserved and paid for. Parking for RV and one tow vehicle is allowed at each space. Additional vehicles, and oversized tow vehicles, must be parked elsewhere on the show grounds and will be charged an additional $10 per day.
  3. Handicapped RV parking must be reserved in advance. There are a limited number of spaces available to holders of a current state-issued handicap parking permit. A copy of this permit must be included with your parking request. Please mail your request early – space is limited. When these spaces are filled, the remaining requests will be assigned to regular spaces in the order they are received.
  4. Requests to park together must be submitted in the same envelope.
  5. Parking lot will open at 1:00PM on Thursday. Gates will open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 6:00AM and close Thursday through Saturday at 10:00PM. On Sunday, gates will close one hour after Best in Show.
  6. To access RV Parking, you MUST use the NORTH gate. The North gate is the ONLY gate that will be open to vehicles. DO NOT BLOCK traffic on Meridian. RVs that cannot turn into the park due to traffic at the North gate will need to lay over elsewhere until traffic has cleared at the North gate.
  7. Parking personnel will gladly assist you in locating your space and answering any questions you may have. They will NOT reassign spaces. Parking is a privilege extended by the Tacoma Kennel Club, Inc. and the Club reserves the right to withdraw this privilege from any person who feels he/she cannot abide by the rules and instructions of our Parking Crew, or who resorts to abusive language and/or other tactics. There will be no refund of fees. Failure to abide by Parking Personnel instructions may also result in an Event Committee hearing according to AKC Rules & Regulations.
  8. Persons arriving without an RV reservation will be charged $50 cash per night, for a 20’ x 40’ space, subject to availability.
  9. Power for RVs: Due to Frontier Park’s electrical infrastructure, limited power is available. We recommend that exhibitors bring their own generators. Exhibitors must use onboard or portable generators for air conditioners and blowers/dryers. All exhaust must be directed away from other campsites, preferably up. Generators must be placed on plywood, or another fire-proof surface, which is larger than the generator.
  10. No dumping of grey water or sewage. Violators will be fined $500.
  11. All camping areas must be cleaned before departure. Failure to leave your camping spot clean may result in denial of the privilege at future shows.
  12. FIRE LANES, DESIGNATED PARKING ZONES, NO PARKING ZONES & LOADING ZONES WILL BE STRICTLY MAINTAINED. Violators will be towed without notice at their expense.
